Melanie Foo is a veteran marketer with over 20 years’ experience in the technology sector.
As the Senior Director for Asia Pacific (APAC) Marketing at FireEye, she spearheads the strategic planning of marketing initiatives, lead generation programs and revenue marketing initiatives for the region.
Prior to her current role, Melanie was the Director for APAC Programs and Southeast Asia Field Marketing at FireEye where she played a pivotal role in building the go-to-market strategy and leading the tactical executions of lead generation efforts. She was instrumental in leading the team to create prospects, customer engagements and action-oriented conversations throughout the buying cycle across Southeast Asia.
Before joining FireEye, she was the marketing lead for Southeast Asia at Hitachi Data Systems. Over the course of her career, she has also planned and executed several high profile event marketing initiatives for companies including Microsoft, Hewlett Packard and Cisco Systems.
Melanie graduated with a Degree (Hons) in Accounting and Economics from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom.
