Dr Tan Kuan Pern is UCARE.AI’s Head of Data Science with 9 years of experience in machine learning, algorithm design and business application. He obtained his PhD in bioinformatics and computational biology from NTU Singapore and has conducted academic research in BII A*STAR. His focus areas are general-purpose AutoML platform, personalized A.I., predictive analytics and data ecosystem on healthcare data in Singapore.
