Mr. Wonki Min is a global leader in digital policy. He is currently President of SUNY(The State University of New York) Korea. He is the former Vice Minister at the Korean Ministry of Science and ICT where he led to set up the National AI Strategy. He chaired the OECD AI Expert Group and the Committee on Digital Economy Policy(CDEP) which produced the OECD AI Principles. He was the Chairman of the 2015 ITU Council and the 2014 ITU Plenipotentiary Conference.
