Government-to-Government (G2G) Roundtable on Scams and AI Governance (By Invitation Only)

This closed-door government-to-government roundtable will gather Digital Ministers and senior policy-makers from around the world to discuss global tech developments that could have a significant impact on trust in society, and our collective policy response to them.

We will focus on two pressing challenges that no country will be able to address alone. The first is AI’s recent advancements, particularly in generative AI, and the importance of striking the right balance in our efforts to advance innovation around AI for societal benefit, while developing a thoughtful and fit-for-purpose governance framework that enables opportunities, access, equity, security and resilience.

The second challenge is our fight against the scourge of scams coming through our digital networks, and the need for governments to work with all stakeholders in the digital eco-system, including with foreign partners to strengthen our safeguards against such threats.
