Ng Wai Kit

Wai Kit is Chief Technology & Organisation Development Officer at Certis Group, overseeing Organisational Development, Technology Development and Operations, and Digital Transformation functions across the organisation. Wai Kit is responsible for strengthening key technological capabilities that underpin Certis’ smart solutions, furthering its delivery experience for both customers and employees. Bringing with him expertise from over 15 years of military service from the Singapore Armed Forces, Wai Kit also advocates the development of his colleagues in his corporate development portfolio. This culminated in the key role he played to establish the Certis Corporate University in 2019, which aims to equip the workforce with the relevant knowledge and skillsets to be ready for Industry 4.0.
