Based in Singapore, Clement oversees a diverse portfolio encompassing TV networks, streaming services, theatrical distribution, consumer products, content licensing and local content production, featuring leading brands including Warner Bros. HBO and Discovery.

A media leader with more than 20 years’ experience, Clement has supported the expansion of the company’s global IP in Asia, forging partnerships for key franchises including DC, Harry Potter and the Wizarding World and Looney Tunes. He continues to lead the growth of streaming service HBO GO across eight territories in Southeast Asia and has overseen an increased investment in HBO Asia Originals for both local and international audiences. He holds executive producer credits on 13 original HBO series to date, with many of them scoring high-profile international awards including Emmy nominations.

Clement was appointed Managing Director for WarnerMedia for Southeast Asia, China and Australia in 2019, where he led the reorganisation of the group – uniting the legacy Warner Bros., HBO and Turner businesses. He joined Turner in 2013 as SVP, Business Development, Asia Pacific, tasked with leading M&A and growing new revenue streams.

In 2015, he added the role of Managing Director of China and, in 2018, the responsibility of CFO for Asia Pacific. During this time, he established a consumer products business in China and a location-based entertainment department to identify opportunities and license themed entertainment projects in Asia.

Prior to that, he spent more than a decade managing TV operations at RTL Group (leading European broadcaster) in Europe and Asia, as Chief Operating Officer of RTL Televizija (Croatia) and Alpha Media Group (Greece). He subsequently held the role of Senior Vice President of International TV Operations, based in Mumbai.

Clement is Chairman of AVIA – the Asia region's media industry association – where he continues to drive advocacy on regulatory matters such as piracy, as well as the association's engagement of the production and advertising sectors. Clement is also a board member of POPS Worldwide, a digital entertainment firm based in Vietnam, and in 2023, he holds the position of Chairman of the Asian Academy Creative Awards.

Clement holds a master’s degree in management from HEC, and a master’s in corporate law from La Sorbonne.
