With over 12 years of experience at Vizrt, a leading provider of software solutions for the media industry, Paul has consistently delivered exceptional results for clients and led cross-functional teams.In his current role as Deputy Global Head of Customer Success, Paul plays a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction in a fast-changing business landscape. He oversees various key functions, including Services, Support, Pre-sales, Solutions, and Engineering teams, maximizing business value for clients. His strategic leadership and operational expertise have been instrumental in enhancing customer experience and driving long-term loyalty.

Prior to his current position, Paul held several leadership roles within Vizrt. He served as the VP of Customer Success for APAC, where he successfully managed customer relationships and provided strategic guidance to drive business growth in the region. As the Vice President of Media Technology and Platforms for APAC, he played a pivotal role in shaping the organization's media workflow solutions. Additionally, he held positions such as Senior Director of MAM for the Asia Pacific region and Director of Solutions for APAC.
