Jasper Loh

Jasper is currently a Practice Lead – Industrials in Hudson Global and he has been working as a Consultant in the Recruitment Industry since 2018. He is immensely passionate about partnering with people to bring them career opportunities that are vital in their development. As an individual, he can be described as an inquisitive person with an interest in Smart Manufacturing. 

He comes with an Educational Degree in Arts & Social Sciences and a Technical Diploma in Aerospace Engineering. This unique background enhanced his analytical skills and honed his logical-thinking ability. He was able to develop a close working relationship with businesses by solving their hiring challenges creatively in a competitive talent market.  

Jasper started his career in Brunel International – a renowned Global Recruitment Powerhouse and learnt about the different processes in the manufacturing value chain. He lay his groundwork by understanding the mechanisms of machineries, operational technology, and their underlying relationship. Subsequently, he learnt about how Digital Transformation can impact manufacturing in the future.  

To date, Jasper has successfully impacted over sixty people in their career development. This includes professionals from end-users and technology provider. Outside of work, you will see him reading up on the latest smart manufacturing news and creating awareness in social media on smart manufacturing topic.
