Ross Sherwin De Claro

Ross Sherwin de Claro is a highly regarded professional in the information security and data privacy industries. He built the Information Security Division of PAGCOR from scratch since 2004 and developed the robust ISMS and security risk management frameworks that have protected PAGCOR from various security threats until today. He dons two important hats in PAGCOR as Cybersecurity Officer and Deputy Data Protection Officer.

Sherwin also contributes in the private sector of information security as Head of Governance for Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) Philippines and as one of the core organizers for ROOTCON, the largest and most respected hacking conference in the Philippines since 2006. He has been invited as a speaker and panelist in several information security events throughout his career.

He carries the Certified Ethical Hacker and ISMS Lead Auditor professional certifications.
