Philip Lee

Philip LEE is Vice President of Industry Manufacturing for Schneider Electric Singapore.  He brings over close to 15 years of regional work experience in the industrials sector and has a proven track record of leading and implementing strategic initiatives across countries.

In his current role, Lee leverages his expertise in industrial automation, digitization, and water management to drive Schneider Electric’s efforts to create “Industries of the Future” by making manufacturing and process industries smarter, more sustainable, more agile, and more resilient through end-to-end software-centric automation. He also oversees initiatives to help customers in the region unlock new business models by combining smart processes, a digitally connected workforce, and optimized assets to drive operational profitability.

Lee began his career at Schneider Electric’s Marine and Offshore department in 2008, before taking on a business development role in a global manufacturing company where he led projects within Southeast Asia. Lee became the company’s country Head of Sales and Marketing for Malaysia in 2019, and was Vice President for the Water and Wastewater division in APAC, before taking up his current role at Schneider Electric Singapore.
