Elaine Lee, a Scientific Fellow at Big Idea Ventures in Singapore, brings extensive experience and expertise as a food technologist. Before joining Big Idea Ventures, she held positions at Meiji Seika Singapore and Aalst Chocolate (acquired by Cargill), where she focused on product development and commercialization. Additionally, she possesses a strong background in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, along with a deep understanding of food regulations in various countries.
