PeiChin Tay

PeiChin is a former civil servant in the Singapore national government and in the Greater London Authority, where she managed high-profile entrepreneurship, skills and employment programmes. She is particularly interested in the intersection between digital, data and design, and previously led a flagship EU-funded design innovation programme at Design Council UK.
