Principal Architect, DCConnect Global

Paul Parker

Paul Parker is a highly skilled and experienced Principal Software Architect, with a particular focus on blockchain technology. With over a decade of experience in this field, Paul has worked on a wide range of projects. His prediction for the future is that W3C identity and zkEVMs coupled with DAO mechanics are the stepping stones to practical blockchain ecosystems that will finally be able to support the commercial needs of businesses.

One of Paul's passions is creating equitable currency solutions that link cryptocurrencies to the goods and services output of businesses and individuals. He believes that this approach can help to create a fairer and more accessible financial system, and he is dedicated to making this a reality.

Paul is also known for his love of strongly typed and/or tightly constrained languages such as Haskell and Rust. He understands the value of these languages in creating robust and reliable software systems. At the same time, he recognizes the need to be able to interactively debug programs to look into the belly of the beast when the intellect fails. This combination of expertise and pragmatism has made him a valuable asset to any team he works with.

Paul is a talented and passionate software architect with a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to creating innovative solutions that make a positive impact on the world, and is very excited to have the opportunity to transform the promises of W3C identity and the privacy preserving mechanisms of zkEVMs into commercial reality.
