Dr PS Tang

Dr Tang is a member of the Steering Committee of the Global TD-LTE Initiative (GTI, www.gtigroup.org) and was Chairman of their Business Model and Funding of TDD Operators, and Leader of the Private LTE Task Force of the GTI to promote the usage of TDD spectrum to serve Industry 4.0 transformation especially in the autonomous vehicle covering the land, sea and air space.

 Dr. Tang was a Founding Director of P1 Group, a 4G TDD Wireless Network Operator group in Malaysia which is now a majority-owned subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia Berhad.  He was also advisor to several other TDD spectrum and license holders, helping them to plan and deploy commercial 4G Wireless Data Network and Private LTE to serve vertical industries. 

Dr Tang is currently the Managing Director of Arete M Pte Ltd, an InfoComm Service Provider with a Facility Based Operating License in Singapore aspiring to build Private LTE Network for Mission Critical Industrial Networks as part of the Smart Nation implementations in Singapore.
