My background is diverse, with a Master's degree in Physics that I never pursued, and over 20 years of experience working as a backup storage Linux specialist. However, in recent years, my interests have led me down different paths. I have developed a passion for the history of money and blockchain technology, particularly Bitcoin, which I see as a radical redefinition of trust ,value and financial sovereignty. My quest for truth has also taken me on a personal journey of self-discovery. As the son of the founder of a Buddhist temple in France, I have studied yoga and Tibetan Buddhism extensively, including long silent retreats. I have also spent time in the Amazonian jungle, under the supervision of local shamans, exploring the mysteries and wisdom of the ancestral plant medecines Ayahuasca and San Pedro. In addition, my 15-year practice of Karate has taken me to compete in Japan in 2007, and I was an enthusiastic dedicated salsa dancer. Most recently, I have been inspired by the work of Dr. Stephen Porges and his Polyvagal Theory, particularly as it relates to the science of childhood trauma and related addictive behaviors. As a "Consciousnaute", I am excited to explore the intersections between AI, consciousness, and emotional intelligence, and how we can leverage these technologies to create a more compassionate and connected world. In the words of Alvin Toffler, "The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn." And as Carl Jung said, "Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes." Let us awaken to the power of emotional intelligence in the age of AI, and use it to create a brighter future for us all.
