She does this by drawing on her diverse career background and a passion for customer experience. Neha brings with her over 15 years of experience working in small to enterprise businesses and roles ranging from customer success, sales, to digital marketing and now operations. With deep knowledge in Martech enablement, transformation and building high-volume eCommerce experiences she is equipped to build agility within an organization while preparing for scale - a testament to continuously delivering quality and speed to market. Until 2020, Neha was - Head of Digital operations at Intuit’s Small Business Group generating over$3B in revenue. She led all aspects of the QuickBooks Web ecosystem including vision, strategy, user experience, operations, business metrics and results to deliver subscription and revenue growth. Neha evangelized an in-house model for development and innovation at scale, running 20+A/B test pilots every month, allowing centralized support with a decentral adoption model for Intuit’s global business. Neha’s initiatives reduced the time+effort for Intuit to launch localized &personalized experiences globally by 5X.Prior to Intuit she has led marketing teams at Vmware & EFI, building marketing tech stack from ground-up, ensuring end customers were able to utilize tools and have access to marketing data efficiently with minimal interference in a governed environment. Neha’s educational smarts consist of a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management & Information Technology from Santa Clara University, California. She is an accomplished speaker influencer who has graced over 20+ events, podcasts and radio stations, all towards sharing her knowledge of MarTech. Additionally she has a love of contemporary art and her personal work is featured in multiple exhibitions at the prestigious Smithsonian museum. A trained classical dancer and a theatre actor, Neha has performed in over many broad way-style musicals across the United States. Her passion for creativity is what fuels her ideation-process and enables her to think outside-the-box.
