Anthony Ng is a highly experienced professional in TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training). He has played a significant role in the success of the first Private Vocational College, MIT Academy under the Ministry of Education. MIT has received the appointments as the licensed / authorized training centre of Bosch Rexroth, FANUC, and OMRON to train and certify graduates and professional talents in Industry 4.0 courses accredited by MBOT (Malaysia Board of Technologist).
Anthony has developed the MITmetaverse and Industrial Digital Twin Technology for production machines to reduce downtime and maintenance costs. This innovative technology integrated with IoT creates a virtual replica of a physical machine, allowing engineers to train and simulate various scenarios and test different solutions in a risk-free virtual environment before real world implementation.
Anthony is committed to promoting skill development and career advancement among the Malaysian workforce, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds. He has created the Stemera.ORG platform using blockchain technology to provide professional training courses, employment opportunities and skills scholarships, with the aim of helping the underprivileged community eradicate poverty. Various companies sponsor scholarships via trust funds, with tax exemptions of up to 10% of aggregate income, paving the way for future skilled talents.
