Phil Carrai

Phil Carrai is President of the Space, Training, and Cyber division for Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, Inc, where he is responsible for all aspects of business operations, BD/sales, mergers, and acquisitions.  

Phil has led numerous acquisitions along with major software and hardware development initiatives to transform the group to be a premier provider of products and related solutions for the global aerospace and defense market. Previously, he was the CEO of Ai Metrix, a software company focused on the defense and telecommunication markets, which was sold to Kratos Defense in 2006.  

He received his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, and undergraduate degrees in

Information Systems and Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he is a

University Distinguished Alumni and a member of the Eberly School of Business Hall of Distinction
