Aps is the industry transformation lead for the telecom industry and works with strategic Telecommunications and Communications Service Provider accounts globally for ServiceNow. Aps is responsible for the Telco, Media and Tech vertical for APJ. In this role, Aps is focused on driving strong business outcomes, establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities and partnering with institutional leadership, special committees, and consultants to support execution of key initiatives for Communications Service Providers.
As an executive sponsor on strategic CSP accounts, Aps works with customers and partners to achieve their strategy by leveraging the ServiceNow platform as well as driving thought leadership initiatives ⏤ currently focused on Customer Care, Service Assurance, Full Stack Transformation, IT, and HR.
Prior to this role Aps Chikhalikar held the roles of Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Strategy Officer covering the Asia Pacific Japan region.
He is a hands-on practitioner who is passionate about making the world of work, work better for people.
Prior to joining ServiceNow, Aps spent eight years at Optus Singtel, where he achieved significant efficiency, revenue, customer and employee outcomes for the business.
Aps earned a Master of Management degree from the University of New South Wales and University of Sydney. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Newcastle.
