Michael Chen is a distinguished entrepreneur who currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of BUZZEBEES, Southeast Asia’s leading provider of Loyalty and Digital Engagement Solutions. The company is headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, and serves hundreds of millions of users in various sectors, including Banking, Insurance, FMCG, Retail, Automotive, and more.

Prior to establishing BUZZEBEES in 2012, Michael Chen achieved remarkable success as an IT Consultant at a Global Technology Consulting firm and as the head of his own enterprise, iConcepts. iConcepts specializes in biometric security systems and has been operating for nearly two decades.

With an innate entrepreneurial mindset nurtured from a young age, Michael Chen developed a passion for mobile applications and CRM. This passion led him to recognize the opportunity to form BUZZEBEES with a vision to establish a globally connected Digital Ecosystem. The ecosystem aims to help businesses of all sizes grow and prosper by utilizing CRM, Loyalty platforms, and other related digital engagement tools.

BUZZEBEES started as a small tech startup with ten staff pitching their original projects to a few potential clients. Today, it has grown into a team of over 600 industry experts who provide outstanding digital engagement solutions tailored to the specific needs of their clients.
