Fannie Lim is the Executive Director of Daughters Of Tomorrow (DOT), a local charity with IPC that is enabling livelihoods for underprivileged women and their families in Singapore. Since 2012, she and her team has impacted more than 1000 women through community mobilisation to provide them with skills, confidence and access to sustainable job opportunities.
Currently, she is raising awareness about urban poverty in one of the richest countries in the world, and forging collaboration among private, public and non-profit sectors to enable social and economic mobility for vulnerable communities. She aspires for DOT to empower every woman with the belief that she can create a better tomorrow for herself and her family. And her hope is to build a caring community that adopts the mindset of "leave no man/woman behind" because a society is only as strong as its weakest link.
