Lee is the Founder of TechStorm, an international brand franchise in esports, video gaming media. 

TechStorm’s meteoric success has earned the industry accolade as the region’s largest and fastest growing esports, video gaming media organization. Scaling up across 11 territories in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and South Asia, reaching 91 million community of esports, gaming and tech enthusiasts at top speed just north of 2 years; under Lee’s dynamic leadership. 

She is an accomplished international business strategist with 18 years of prior business leadership and commercial go-to-market strategist with responsibilities across ASEAN, Indian continent, Northeast Asia. 

Her professional domain expertise cuts across technology, international advertising and media including NASDAQ listed tech company DoubleClick US, TBWA, Lowe & Lintas Group, English & Pockett Asia. Including two start up exits with Asian Food Channel and Life Inspired, LI TV.

Lee is an avid Web 3 enthusiast, digital asset adopter, esports fan and the honouree recipient of the SG 100 Women in Tech 2020.

She contributes her professional expertise by speaking at industry conferences and pro-bono appointments with SCCCI, Advisory Board member on spexBusiness (Sport Singapore), WIT Chapter Executive Committee Member (SCS), Advisory Committee member with SUSS under School of Science and Technology. She has been interviewed regularly by international media: BBC World News, One PH Philippines, KR Asia, Business Times and many others.
