Kwee Heng Poh

Kwee Heng spearheads StarHub’s network transformation program to architect and build a cloud-native digital network that is agile and programmable, and coupled with the extensive use of AI, the intelligent and predictive platform will foster innovation, simplify network operation, and improve customer experience. He concurrently heads the Mobile Network practice, and is responsible to design, build and operate the 5G SA & NSA, and LTE mobile networks. Under his leadership, StarHub has won numerous accolades as the best mobile network in Singapore. He brings with him more than 20 years of leadership experience across both technical and business roles in building nation-wide infrastructure across a broad range of technologies, including mobile and optical, and security networks. Kwee Heng holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with Honours from the National University of Singapore.
