I’m Nguyen,  Co-founder & CEO of Mindfully - A company with a mission is building the space of preventive healthcare and applying the disrupted technology to do this. Before working in the start-up environment, I had several years doing research in the field of biotechnology, and then the breakthroughs of AI technology became a great inspiration for me to shape my life. That is how to apply these new technologies to unlock the new potential of science and medicine? In early 2021, my team had to shut down the super cool AI product for some market reasons. And then the effects of Covid-19 became more serious as a mental health aspect in Vietnam, and that's when I decided to devote all my mind to doing something in this field, luckily my CTO friend also agreed to work with me and Mindfully was founded. So, what we are building is a holistic approach to care that adapts to a variety of frequency usage, time, and purpose with high-quality expert-led content, at affordable cost. I think mental health is not only a problem in Viet Nam, it is a significant issue in Southeast Asia and I believe that everyone has a right to a healthy mind. So, I started the product by solving my problem first and gradually I wanted to help more and more people.
