Sze Jia Yin

Dr Sze Jia Yin is the Head of Technology at Kuok Maritime’s Centre of Excellence and Program Manager of the Coastal Sustainability Alliance (CSA). Her responsibilities include leading the assessment and implementation of decarbonisation solutions for the maritime industry and supporting the technical development in CSA. Prior to her current appointment, Jia Yin is a Co-principal investigator of feasibility studies of biofuels and electrification for Singapore harbour craft at MESD-NTU. She is the lead author of four technical disclosure/provisional patents and co-author of three public reports on alternative fuel or energy options of coastal vessels. In addition, she has accumulated more than 15 years of R&D experience in areas of semiconductor, energy storage systems, emissions measurement and alternative fuels.
