Florence Leong is a big Pharma Executive turned small startup evangelist. Having spent almost two decades in a top pharmaceutical MNC, Florence discovered the world of Deep Tech startups when she joined her ex-boss and mentor in Biotech Venture Capital investment. Since then, she has been actively driving local startups as a mentor, advisor, instructor, entrepreneur and angel investor. Florence’s latest ‘love’ is KosmodeHealth Singapore, an NUS deep tech startup that valorises food processing waste into functional ingredients for human nutrition and functional materials for 3D cell culture applications.
