CASPAR FRANCIS is B2B & B2G entrepreneur. He is the CEO/Founder of RAWSPARK, a creative agency, and the CCO of Virtual Music Festival TAKE BACK THE NIGHTS. With over 12 years of creative experience, his directorial credits cover a wide range of media, from Advertising, Film and Design, to 3D art, VR, AR, Music Production and Spatial Experiences. Francis employs an innovative approach to campaign creation, blending visual, narrative and musical storytelling with film, design, and new technology to produce unconventional campaigns.Francis originated from a music background, having produced albums for musicians and bands in 2009. In 2010, he joined ETC MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT, a company that produced films, TV programmes, and events for broadcast. In 2014, he joined LEO BURNETT (Asia) as a creative strategist under his mentor, Cyril Antony Francis. There he serviced clients Petronas, Phillip Morris, Red Bull and Evian. In under 2 years later, Francis joined LIVESCAPE, an experiential marketing agency, where he continued under the tutelage of his mentor. With LIVESCAPE, he serviced clients Red Bull, Evian and Beam Suntory, and helped conceptualise experiential brands such as Electric Run and successful cruise music festival, IT’S THE SHIP.In 2018, he founded RAWSPARK and in under 3 years, has serviced prestigious clients including UOB Bank, The Republic of Singapore Air Force, OWNDAYS, DBS Bank, National Gallery Singapore, MINDS, Revolut and Marina Bay Sands.In 2020, Francis co-founded TAKE BACK THE NIGHTS, Singapore’s first and only Metaverse Music Festival in 2021.Today, RAWSPARK is an agency that spans three countries, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia, and under its group, THE RAWSPARK MEDIA ALLIANCE, has established an ecosystem of creative companies covering digital marketing, event technology, virtual production and media buy.
