Soh Yen currently spearheads the Delivery Service, Management & Transformation programme at Singtel's Global Delivery Centre, driving improved efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction by strategically implementing digital technology, automation tools and advanced analytics. In 2022, Soh Yen was one of the ten professionals in IMDA's SG Digital Leadership Accelerator, a programme that recognises and grooms talents for Singapore's digital future. Soh Yen is an avid lifelong learner and has recently completed the INSEAD Advanced Management Program, adding to her certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Soh Yen values creating an environment that fosters collaboration and workplace equality. She works at ensuring all team members, including working mothers like herself, have equal opportunities to reach their career aspirations.
