
Muhammad Arif
Muhammad Arif is a well-known figure in the Indonesian telecommunications industry. He serves as the Chairman of APJII (Asosiasi Penyelenggara Jasa Internet Indonesia), representing internet service providers in the country.
Arif earned a bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Bina Nusantara University and has been dedicated to promoting the growth and development of the Indonesian telecommunications industry throughout his career. He founded GreenNet and SIAPNet in 2010, contributing significantly to the industry and joining initiatives to improve internet infrastructure in Indonesia.
From 2019 to 2021, Arif served as the Chairman of the Indonesia Telecommunication Network Provider Association (APJATEL) and played a crucial role in successfully advocating for various organization agendas to increase internet penetration rates in the country.
In recognition of his contributions to the telecommunications industry, Arif was elected as the Chairman of APJII in 2021 while still serving as the Chairman of APJATEL. He continues to work closely with the Indonesian government to advocate for policies promoting industry growth.
Arif is also a prolific writer, having authored several articles related to the telecommunications industry in Indonesia. He is a regular contributor to industry sections in some media.
In addition to his leadership role at APJII, Arif is a member of the Board of Advisory of the Indonesian ICT Society and the Board of Trustees of the Indonesian Internet Domain Name Organization (PANDI).
