Shyam Sridhar

Shyam Sridhar currently works as a research scientist at the CryptoEcon Lab at Protocol Labs where he spends most of his efforts in designing and researching the underlying economic model and incentives in the Filecoin protocol. Before this, he worked with the robust incentives group at the Ethereum Foundation, where a lot of his research was at the intersection of blockchain mechanisms and game theory. He’s very excited about the potential of web3 especially in building DAOs that can radically change the way organisations are managed in todays world.
