PeiChin Tay

PeiChin is a recognized expert in the field of the future of work, gig economy, and public sector digital transformation.  An experienced policy and programme manager, she is currently a Senior Policy Advisor (Public Services) at the Tony Blair Institute. She is particularly interested in bringing more innovative ways of working into the public sector, and the intersection between digital, data, and design. She was formerly with the Singapore civil service and Greater London Authority where she led high-profile entrepreneurship, skills and employment programmes, such as, the London Mayor's Digital Talent programme, the pan-European consortium on design innovation at Design Council UK, and the community entrepreneurship project for the Government of Singapore. A prolific author with numerous published reports, she has also published in prominent media outlets such as Nikkei Asia and Rest of World.
