Mr. Bui Trung Hieu is the Deputy Director of the Open Innovation and Technopreneur Institute (OITI) and a core member of the Management Board at SoiHub – a leading Open Innovation Hub in Vietnam. He is currently serving as an expert for the Asian Development Bank (ADB), advising on human resource development for the semiconductor industry in Long An province. With a background spanning both public and private sectors, he brings cross-disciplinary experience in green innovation, carbon reduction in agriculture, and technology-driven entrepreneurship. At SoiHub, he is driving initiatives that connect AI applications with sustainable development and industry transformation.
