Under his leadership – since the launch of Labs Singapore in 2022, and Vietnam in 2024, his responsibility has grown from overseeing approximately 150 employees in 2022 to over 1100 employees today. Accountable for the execution with multi-million dollar investments across East Asia, he drives both strategy and operations for the region. With focus topics such as Business AI, Business Suite, Business Data Foundation for the engineering teams, ensuring consistent delivery of innovation for SAP’s global customers. With a strong foundation in technology leadership and global business strategy, Manik brings a wealth of industry expertise to his current role. Known for his collaborative leadership style and emphasis on continuous learning, he encourages open communication and cross-functional teamwork, which has resulted in innovative solutions and enhanced employee engagement. Under his guidance, SAP Labs Singapore and Vietnam have launched several pioneering projects focusing on artificial intelligence and cloud technologies, strengthening their presence as centres of innovation in the Asia-Pacific region.
