Rameez Ansar is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Circles, a global technology company reimagining the telco industry through its software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables operators to design, launch, and scale digital-first mobile brands.

Rameez founded Circles to modernise telecommunications by placing customers, digital experience, and technology at the centre of how operators are built and run. Under his leadership, Circles has become a trusted partner to leading telecom groups across Asia, the Americas, the Middle East, and Europe, supporting their transition from traditional telcos to digital, AI-enabled businesses.

At Circles, Rameez sets the strategic direction across product, technology, customer experience, and growth, working closely with partners on operating model transformation, monetisation beyond connectivity, and the development of scalable digital platforms. His work has enabled sustainable growth for operators while improving affordability, flexibility, and transparency for consumers.

Prior to founding Circles, Rameez co-founded TechCube8, a venture investment firm focused on technology, media, and telecommunications in Southeast Asia. Earlier in his career, he was part of the investment team at Temasek Holdings and worked in corporate finance and M&A consulting at Boston Consulting Group.

Rameez holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and studied at the National University of Singapore and the University of Pennsylvania.
