Simon Milner

Simon has been Vice President, Public Policy for APAC at Meta since 2018, and is based in Singapore. He was previously the company’s Director of Policy for UK, Middle East and Africa, based in London. He joined Meta in January 2012 to be Director of Policy for UK and Ireland, taking on the broader region in early 2015.

Previously he was BT’s Director for Group Industry Policy having joined the company as Head of External Relations for the Equality of Access Office in 2005. Before BT he worked for the BBC (1997-2005) including holding the position of Secretary (2000-2004), responsible for the Corporation’s governance and accountability. He has a PhD in Industrial Relations from the London School of Economics.
