Before joining PwC, So Cheer was the Group CIO at Wilmar International, overseeing digital innovation across global operations, including trading, plantations, logistics, supply chain, finance, and HR. He successfully led initiatives such as SAP Hana, AI-driven supply chains, cybersecurity enhancements, and analytics platforms, achieving record revenues for Wilmar’s consultancy arm.

Earlier in his career, he served as Managing Director at Accenture in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia, delivering large-scale technology and digital transformation projects across industries including public services, healthcare, and insurance.
