Red Dot Analytics

With data centers expanding to meet growing computational demands, power usage—particularly for cooling—has become a critical operational and environmental challenge. Traditional cooling methods rely on static temperature setpoints or manual adjustments that do not adapt well to fluctuating loads and environmental conditions. The result is often excessive energy consumption, higher operating costs, and an enlarged carbon footprint.

To address these issues, IMDC SIN1 deployed an AI-driven, data-driven cooling optimization system called DCVerse. Built on a digital twin framework, the system virtually mirrors the facility’s layout and equipment. It integrates real-time data from the on-site DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management), machine learning analytics, and predictive algorithms to recommend optimal cooling setpoints and airflow strategies.
