Tommy CHEE is Vice President, Spectrum Management and Development (APAC) at SES.
Tommy has over 15 years of experience in wireless policy and spectrum regulation. He leads SES’s spectrum coordination efforts and drives regional engagement with governments across Asia-Pacific on spectrum policy and regulatory matters.
Before joining SES, he served as Principal Advisor to the New Zealand spectrum regulator at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE). He also represented the New Zealand government as Head of Delegation at the ITU World Radiocommunication Conferences, Radiocommunication Assemblies, and numerous regional meetings under the Asia-Pacific Telecommunity (APT).
Tommy holds a PhD in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Adelaide, Australia.
