Caroline Guyot is the Managing Director of ENGIE Factory, the venture studio of ENGIE Group which she co-founded in 2018 to build and invest in climate tech startups across Asia and the Middle East.

Caroline spent her career working with entrepreneurs to develop and invest in impact startups, based out of London, Belgium and then Singapore. She started with Ashoka, the world’s leading network of social entrepreneurs, where she oversaw a global accelerator and worked with entrepreneurs to scale their solutions. As an entrepreneur, she launched several initiatives, including a network of young entrepreneurs called ChangemakerXChange and a citizen engagement project called ReAction. More recently, she was the Managing Director of Reseau Entreprendre, and launched Forward, the first accelerator for impact startups in Brussels.
