Dr. Jayantika Soni is the co-founder and CTO of Resync. Resync makes buildings more energy efficient in real-time by using machine learning optimisation and IoT devices. They currently manage 150+ buildings primarily in Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia. Dr Soni leads the overall product development and commercial execution at Resync. She holds a PhD in electrical engineering from the National University of Singapore and a bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi.
