Oswald is the Co-founder & Executive Chairman of Glints, the #1 regional talent platform in Southeast Asia, enabling the 120 million professionals here to grow in their careers and helping employers with effective regional hiring.

At 21, his co-founders and him did what the Singapore newspapers called “Singaporean Parents’ worst nightmare” and dropped out of Stanford, UC Berkeley and Wharton University for the startup.

Now, Glints has raised over US$80 million by top investors including Monk’s Hill Ventures, DCM Ventures, Lavenderhill Capital, 500 Startups, Wavemaker Partners, Fresco Capital, Gobi Partners, Mindworks Ventures and other private investors. It has operations in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

Oswald was also named by TechCrunch as being one of the youngest founders to have raised venture capital in Southeast Asia, one of 100 Leaders of Tomorrow by the St Gallen Symposium in 2015, and Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia in 2017. Oswald is also an Endeavor Entrepreneur and a member of the Young Presidents' Organization Singapore Chapter.
