Aparna is a Partner with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Singapore, where she drives AI practice and is a topic lead on Generative AI in APAC. She has 15+ years of extensive experience with large-scale AI-driven transformation projects in Asia Pacific across financial institutions, telcos, retailers and insurers. Aparna is deeply passionate about leveraging data and technology to drive growth, personalisation and revenue acceleration at scale. She built and scaled AI capability at BCG in SE Asia from scratch, and previously led data science and engineering teams across telcos and tech firms in APAC. She loves operating at an intersection of AI, product, design, tech, growth and people.
