Arthur is the Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Product Officer of YouTrip, Southeast Asia’s leading financial technology company dedicated to creating the next-generation of digital financial services for consumers and businesses. He oversees the company’s strategic vision, product direction, and technology development. Prior to founding YouTrip, Arthur spent two decades globally in product and technology roles across the US and Greater China regions. He served as Product Lead at Tencent, leading product managers to develop viral features at the WeChat Product Center in Guangzhou, China. Additionally, Arthur worked at VTech, directly under the President and CTO, launching 80 consumer products across software games, game platforms, and consumer electronics categories. He was also part of a team that designed various high-tech products including new aircraft engines at General Electric’s Advanced Technology Group and award-winning electric car (CityCar) at the MIT Media Lab in the US. Arthur holds degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, (B.S. Aeronautics Engineering & M.S. System Design and Management) and UC Berkeley (M.S. Information and Data Science
