Jannem is the Head of IT Security at SBI Digital Markets, a digital asset fintech startup. Founded in Singapore in late 2020, its vision is to become a pioneer in digital assets and a global trusted partner to the financial industry. Starting his career in systems and software integrations, he has over 15 years of experience in systems, software and cybersecurity and was working with financial institutions such as Singapore Exchange and StashAway before joining SBI Digital Markets. Heading IT Security in SBI Digital Markets, he looks at tech compliance with regulations, IT risk within the company, defines policies and set standards for cybersecurity, engineering the security architecture, controls and roadmap within the company, running continuous assessment for assurance and manages incident response.
