Lance is the founder and CEO of Searix, with extensive experience in enterprise web application development before transitioning to the event and campaign industries. Since 2014, he has led creative technology teams to deliver thousands of projects involving experiential lead generation and engagement internationally.

As an innovator in the events industry, Lance is dedicated to leveraging technology to create impactful and sustainable event experiences. He helmed the development of an extensive suite of event systems, which now creates seamless and interactive experiences of Awareness, Welcome and Engagement at up to 900 events and campaigns annually across APAC and EMEA.
