Sandeep Raj is a seasoned commercial leader with over 15 years of experience driving digital growth across Asia-Pacific. He has held senior roles at global tech giants like Amazon and Lazada (Alibaba Group), and most recently serving as Chief Commercial Officer for AG1, where he leads the brand’s expansion across key APAC markets including Japan, Australia, and Singapore. Sandeep has built and scaled multi-million dollar direct-to-consumer businesses, with deep expertise in e-commerce, marketing, cross-border trade, and digital health.

He is also the founder of a high-ticket growth agency that partners with premium health, wellness, and beauty brands to scale across Southeast Asia. Passionate about the intersection of technology, longevity, and business. An IIM Bangalore alumnus, Sandeep is an active contributor to the startup and education ecosystem in Singapore mentoring founders, teaching at ESSEC Business School, and speaking at executive forums on innovation and digital transformation.
