Pre-event Promotional EDM/HTML

Your contract entitles you to a pre-event EDM/HTML, sent to the relevant ATxEnterprise database.

We've created a spreadsheet where you can secure your preferred date for the EDM/HTML which you can view below. The spreadsheet will be filled on a first come, first served basis.*

Specifications:

• Please provide email copy in HTML format – no other version will be accepted
• Subject line: No more than 12 words
• First reference of ATxEnterprise needs to be linked to the event website
• Please provide any internal email addresses that the email needs to be sent to.
  • We can’t guarantee that the email will be sent to them if they have received another email from us in the past 24 hours or have registered for the event, but we will still include the email addresses.
• You will need to provide the EDM/HTML at least one week before the send date. If you haven't done so, we will not be able to send it on your allocated date. It will need to be rescheduled for AFTER the event has run.
