Pre-event Promotional HTML

Your contract may entitle you to a pre-event HTML, promoting your presence at ATxEnterprise 2025.

We've created a spreadsheet where you can secure your preferred date for the HTML which you can view below. The spreadsheet will be filled on a first come, first served basis.*

Specifications:

• Please provide email in HTML format – no other version will be accepted
• Subject line: No more than 12 words
• First reference of ATxEnterprise needs to be linked to the event website
• Please provide any internal email addresses that the email needs to be sent to.
  • We can’t guarantee that the email will be sent to them if they have received another email from us in the past 24 hours or have registered for the event, but we will still include the names.
• You will need to provide the HTML at least one week before the send date. If you haven't done so, we will not be able to send it on your allocated date. It will need to be rescheduled for AFTER the event has run.
