Chenyi Ang is a globally recognized AI strategist, board advisor, and technology law expert, and the inventor of a GAN + Reinforcement Learning AI Red Teaming Framework that simulates intelligent adversarial threats and emergent failure behaviors in large AI systems. His innovations bridge technical depth with policy foresight, enabling responsible AI deployment and systemic risk mitigation at the highest levels.

As Chairman of the Chartered Software Developer Association (CSDA) and an ISO standards advisor, Chenyi leads global initiatives on AI security, digital regulation, and ESG-focused technology solutions. He serves as a Research Group Member at the Center for AI and Digital Policy (CAIDP) and on the Policy & Regulation Working Group under Malaysia’s National AI Office (NAIO), aligning national AI standards with OECD, NIST, and EU principles.
