Edgardo B. Lina, Jr. is a Philippine-qualified lawyer and Senior Manager at PLDT Inc., where he heads Post-Contract Management and oversees vendor contracts, procurement-related agreements, supplier disputes, and contract governance initiatives. With over a decade of experience spanning telecommunications, technology, employment law, and corporate advisory, he has extensive exposure to cross-border transactions, risk management, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracting.

Prior to his current role, he gained experience in the technology and professional services industries, supporting employment law, corporate advisory, governance, and compliance matters across the Philippines and the broader ASEAN region. He also previously practiced corporate and litigation law, handling litigation, corporate housekeeping, and governance matters for various clients.

Edgardo earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law and holds a degree in Legal Management from De La Salle University-Manila. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2012. He has also completed leadership and regional legal training programs in Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia.
